I got a bit carried away in the craziness of last week, so this week I'm playing catch-up and there will be 2 winners!

I've been a big cereal fan for all of time, but am continually surprised by all these stats! Cereal is totally good for you! I am feeling better and better about my midnight bowl in bed. Here is some info that surprised me.

Week 2 - The Truth Behind the Bowl

• Cereal is lower in calories and higher in nutrition than many other breakfast options like bagels with cream cheese and pancakes?

Week 3 - Taste and Nutrition in Breakfast Choices

• Cereal is a great breakfast option because it is the number one dietary source of many key nutrients including iron, zinc and folic acid. Frequent cereal eaters tend to have better nutrient intakes.
