I'm pretty excited to do a review of a product very soon on le blog. Not sure what that product will be yet, but Christmas is coming, folks! Maybe some basement furniture. Bisquick Gluten Free Baking Mix Kit {GIVEAWAY}

My Mom has to eat all wheat and gluten free so I know all to well how miserable it is to eat "regular" food.

I was excited when I found out that Bisquick has it easy baking mix now available in gluten free. I thought it taste the same as the regular mix, and works in recipes without any change in consistency or results.

Bisquick sent me their new gluten free mix to try, along with a cast iron mini pancake pan, a pancake pen and a rubber spatula.

This was pancake morning in our house.

The pancake pan makes perfect little cakes!

The pancake pen is super cool. You measure right in the bottle, shake it up and draw your design. Coop got a "C".
