Maxi-Cosi Mico AP {GIVEAWAY}

Remember this amazing carseat that I got to try out?
Well, you are in luck, because one lucky reader gets to win one of their very own!

I am so, so impressed with the eye candy that is the Mico AP. Just look at these colors! And? That is only a few of many you can choose from! The pink is obviously the biggest, being that it's one of my most favorite colors and the color I would really like my next car seat to be...
The Mico AP is such an amazingly light carseat, of course, it is the lightest in its class. I'm 99.99% sure you'll think it's the lightest seat you've carried. The other 0.01% of you are just crazy.

With the Air Pocket Technology, that is impressively safe in a crash, it gives an added peace of mind that your baby is as safe as possible in a vehicle. With the upgraded comfort features, including the Cozi Dozi head rest, I don't think your baby will be complaining about the seat either! Super premium plush fabrics and looks to make every other baby drool? Sign me up!

The Mico AP is a rear-facing seat for children up to 22 pounds and up to 29 inches tall. It is compatible with the Maxi-Cosi Kaia and Quinny Yezz strollers to make for a very sleek ride. I have the Maxi-Cosi Kaia and it is amazing. Having used very bulky travel systems with my 2 boys, I would love to be able to use the Kaia and Mico AP if we have baby #3. There will be tons more space in the back of my car!
Are you in love yet? Need a Mico AP of your own? Today is your lucky day! Use the rafflecopter widget below to enter for a chance to win your choice of color!

Mom Acne? Me Too.

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Clearasil, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #SuperFruits http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO.

I have a little confession. I have Mom acne.

I never struggled with bad skin as a teenager or my early 20's. Some breakouts here and there, but nothing major and certainly nothing I would consider acne. With my first pregnancy, I noticed that I was breaking out much more. We had recently moved across the country and I just thought it was due to the climate change. Not so much. Those darn pregnancy hormones messed me up good and I still struggle with regular breakouts.

I never leave the house without makeup. Like never. I have trouble spots on my chin and around my hairline where I tuck my hair behind my ears. I can't remember the last time I didn't have a breakout there, actually.

I jumped on the change to try Clearasil's NEW! Daily Clear Refreshing Superfruit Cleansers, available at Walmart.

Let me tell you. It smells like I smushed my face in a bowl of fruit. It's nothing less than amazing.

The cleaner is light and contains actual raspberry and cranberry extracts. It also has 1% salicylic acid, which is the ingredient that has helped me control my mom acne the best. This cleanser contains enough of this key acne ingredient to work, but not enough to dry my already dry skin. Perfecto.

Don't let the clearness of the cleanser fool you, though. This stuff foams right up to clean off your makeup and really give you that clean feeling.

I've used Clearasil's NEW! Daily Clear Refreshing Superfruit Cleansers for about 1 week now. My face is surprisingly clear for me right now. Still some spottiness on my chin, but if I'm posing a bare faced pic? It's a winner.

You can't really pass up trying this superfruit cleanser. It's $4.97 at Walmart and you can go here to grab a $1 off coupon!

Has motherhood changed your skin? Do you struggle with mom acne? Try out Clearasil's NEW! Daily Clear Refreshing Superfruit Cleansers and let me know what you think!

Mico AP: The Review

I have to take a minute to show you this awesome Mico AP I just got in the mail from Maxi-Cosi. It's making my uterus ache for baby #3.

If car seats could be pretty, the Mico AP wins the beauty competition. The material is very sleek and elegant looking.
I love the multi position sun canopy and the flip out visor. It provides much more coverage than any seat my babies have had.
Don't forget the incredible safety of the Mico AP. The built in air pockets compress and protect infants from side impact in the event of an accident. They also protect your child's most vulnerable area, the head.
The Mico AP is equipped with tons of comfortable padding and the Cozi Dozi infant head insert. Since my second born had reflux and always slept in his car seat, I am 100% certain that he would have been more comfortable in the cush Mico AP.
Since we are traveling all over right now, my mom brought the whole boxed car seat to me at the beach. She commented on how light the entire box was and couldn't believe how lightweight the Mico AP itself is! It is seriously the lightest infant seat I have held. It easily clicks into it's base for a quick car ride!

The Mico AP has some optional accessories, like a bug shield (so cool!), a foot muff to keep little feet warm and a weather shield. It also clicks into the Maxi-Cosi Kaia, which I have at home. From my experience, you don't often find an infant seat that clicks into a smaller, umbrella style stroller. Perfect for traveling!

Are you as convinced as I am that this seat is pure amazing? Head here to find a dealer near you and check back because you just might have a chance to win one of your very own!
